The MSPP INTERFACE® Referral Service collects and categorizes a wide range of valuable resources related to mental health and wellness for the benefit of the general public—children, adults and families—as well as for educators and mental health professionals.

The MSPP INTERFACE® Referral Service offers additional services to residents of member communities. Membership provides access to a mental health and wellness referral help line Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, at 617-332-3666 x 1411. This is a free, confidential referral service for participating communities. Callers are matched from our extensive data base of licensed mental health providers. Each referral considers the location, insurance, and specialty needs of the caller. For more information about the service and terms of confidentiality, please click here.

Participating communities also receive their own page on the MSPP INTERFACE® Referral Service site. This provides access to resources specific to the community, and search results on our site that are specifically tailored to their residents. Mental health resources are sorted and ordered so that local resources appear first. In addition, member communities have their own Youth Services section, giving residents ready access to a directory of local options for categories including camps, homework clubs, job opportunities and teen centers.

For information about becoming a participating community, please contact the MSPP INTERFACE® Referral Service by or at 617-332-3666 x 1411.
